Take 5 Oil Change

The biggest issue with this places, is the price and forcing you to use synthetic oil or synthetic blend. The staff was very nice and professional. However, being forced to pay over $100 for an oil change on a tiny car is out of this world highway robbery. Then there is no option or they will simply not let you get conventional to save money. I ended up telling then to stop work and left when they shared the pricing. I went to another quick oil change shop in Montgomery and was out the door under $45.

I highly recommend this oil change place. The prices are a little bit high, but the quality is good and the customer service is amazing. The lady who helped me I believe her name was ELANTRA. She was so nice and so knowledgeable and the other man who was there who helped me was so nice and helped me figure everything out on my car their customer service skills there were A+. I will definitely take all of my vehicles for me for my business and recommend anybody I know to go to take five oil in Aurora on Kirk Road.

Update: It's currently 07/14/2026 and still radio silence after reaching out to their supposed customer service email. DO NOT GO HERE. Went in Friday for an oil change, and figured everything was fine. After a 6 hour total round trip, my engine splash guard must not have been screwed in correctly because it was hanging loose and scraping all over the road. Prior to this oil change, the last place I went to replaced some of the screws for me because it was loose so I know there wasn't anything wrong with it prior. Tried calling and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Probably won't be back.

Just got my oil change here and it was perfect from start to finish. I’ve always been the type to handle my own maintenance, but due to lack of time I stopped by Take 5. My service was performed by Eric, not only was he fast but he was also thorough. Everything felt like it was done to perfection. The way this team operates is impressive. I also received a $25 off coupon for my first ever visit. I will definitely come back

12/16/25 Let’s just say the best thing I got from my visit, was a bottle of water. I don’t know if I just caught this place at a bad day considering the good ratings it has here, but several mistakes were made that makes me nervous for anyone bringing their vehicle here. I am mechanically inclined, currently manage a diesel shop and is an active tech. I could do my own work on my vehicle but for warranty purposes and record keeping i take my vehicle for routine maintenance like this oil change. With that said… I will say the two gentlemen I dealt with seemed nice, but the service I feel took longer than it should, shop looked like it was poorly managed and guys were scrambling. The gentleman working on my car seemed as if he was new, nervous, unsure of himself at times and when he was underneath I could hear him struggling with my Splash Shield. With my service being “completed” and being guided out the door guess what I hit with my tire, my engine cover which was never put back on. Luckily I almost ran it over or I would have left without it. This was Tuesday evening fast forward to Thursday morning (day off on Wednesday so I never used the car) leaving home for work, heading dow
